Protection
against Card Fraud
We will only send the goods to the actual card-holder
address. The order must also be in the name of the card-holder. This
means that if somebody is buying for you with their card, on your behalf,
the order will be in their name and not yours. If this creates a problem
you should consider paying with one of the alternative payment methods:
nochex/cheque or Bank transfer.
During a purchase, you may be advised that the credit/debit
card verification company or the card issuing bank wish to talk to you.
The purpose of this is to confirm your identity as part of an ongoing
campaign to reduce fraud. This is in no way a reflection of your credit
worthiness. Our strategic security Implementations are to protect both
you the consumer and retailer, it remains at our discretion whether
to supply or not.
We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused
as a result of these measures. Please appreciate these controls are
in place as much for your protection as ours and are completely necessary
to eliminate the possibility of card fraud. Thank you for your understanding.
